Updates and availability

We may update OutBar to add features, fix problems or keep up with changes from Apple, Google or Microsoft. Features that depend on those services can change or stop working if they do. We don’t guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.

Ownership

OutBar, its name, logo and design belong to mini tech co. Your emails belong to you; we don’t claim any rights to them.

Disclaimer

OutBar is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, mini tech co. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, emails or profits, arising from your use of OutBar. You can stop using OutBar at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, the disclaimer and limitation of liability, continue to apply.
